Reporting a wrong result

If an image was misclassified, these details help us look into it:

• Where the image came from: the camera or phone model, or the AI tool and version.
• The score and verdict the detector showed.
• Whether the file was saved from a social network or messaging app, which often strips metadata and recompresses images.
• A link to the image, if it's public.

If a video was misjudged, tell us:

• Where the clip came from: the camera or phone model, or the AI tool and version.
• The verdict and score the detector showed, and which frame scored highest.
• Whether the clip was saved from a social network or messaging app, which re-encodes and shrinks videos.
• A link to the clip, if it's public.

Before you send anything

Please don't email private or sensitive images or videos. A link to a public copy, or a description, is usually enough.
